Best Soybean Shortening since 1952

Allfresh Food Products, Inc., was founded in 1952 in Evanston, IL, with the intent to make the world’s best soybean shortenings for puff and roll-in products.

We use a proprietary “Chill-Roll” process that produces crystalized products using the finest domestic soybean oils. The products are well-tempered for days before packaging to give superior workability.

Our soybean shortening products produce up to 11% more volume than competitive products. Works equally well in conventional and blitz methods. Light, flaky eye appeal increases your yield; the buttery flavor always brings them back for more.

Allfresh products are premium and our distributors sell our fine products to award winning bakers all over the United States. We guarantee consistent quality and superior workability with all of our products.
